This page applies to corphub.in (“CorpHub”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website or purchasing any plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. The service

CorpHub provides searchable and downloadable datasets of companies and LLPs incorporated in India, compiled from official Government of India incorporation records. Plans are sold as one-time purchases that issue a download token with the record limits and validity period shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility and account details

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide an accurate name, email address and phone number at checkout; your download token is sent to that email address.

3. Download tokens

  • Each token is valid only for its plan's validity period and record limits (per download, per day and in total).
  • Tokens are personal to the purchaser and must not be shared or published.
  • We may suspend a token that is shared, abused or used in breach of these terms, without refund.

4. Permitted use of the data

  • You may use downloaded data for lawful business purposes such as research, analysis, sales and marketing.
  • When contacting any company or person, you are responsible for complying with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and TRAI regulations on unsolicited commercial communication.
  • You must not use the data for fraud, harassment, spam or any unlawful purpose.

5. Accuracy of data

The data is compiled from public government records and provided “as is”. While we take care to process it accurately, we do not guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free, and company details may change after registration.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (and US Dollars for international cards) on the Pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. A plan is delivered once the payment is confirmed.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorpHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or the data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its design, software and the compiled, structured datasets are the property of CorpHub. Underlying government records remain subject to their own terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after it is posted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
