Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page applies to corphub.in (“CorpHub”, “we”, “us”).

CorpHub sells digital data plans that are delivered instantly after payment. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Cancellation

Because a download token is issued immediately after a successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. You may cancel at any time before completing payment by closing the payment window.

2. When we will refund

• You were charged but did not receive a download token, and we are unable to issue one.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from downloading any data during the token's validity, and we could not fix it.

3. When we cannot refund

• Data has already been downloaded using the token.
• The token expired without being used.
• The data did not meet expectations that were not described on the website (please use the free search preview before buying).

4. How to request a refund

Email pardu101@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_), the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
