This page applies to corphub.in (“CorpHub”, “we”, “us”).

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use corphub.in, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Information we collect

  • Checkout details: your name, email address and phone number when you buy a plan.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment and order IDs and the payment status; we never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • Usage information: your IP address and basic request information, used for security, rate limiting and enforcing download limits.

2. How we use it

  • To process your purchase and deliver your download token.
  • To send purchase confirmations and respond to support requests.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the service secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service — Razorpay (payments), our email provider (sending confirmations) and our hosting provider — and with authorities where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for the website to function (for example, keeping a download session active). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Retention

Purchase records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secured servers with restricted access.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing pardu101@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

8. Company data on this website

The company and LLP records available on CorpHub come from public Government of India incorporation records. If you believe a record about your company is incorrect, contact us and we will review it.
