Shipping & Delivery Policy

This page applies to corphub.in (“CorpHub”, “we”, “us”).

1. Digital delivery only

CorpHub sells digital data plans. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

2. How and when you receive your purchase

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download token is shown on screen.
The token is also emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Use the token on the Download page to filter and download records as CSV or Excel files.

3. Validity

Each token can be used repeatedly within its plan's validity period and record limits, as listed on the Pricing page.

4. Did not receive your token?

Check your spam folder first. If you still have not received it within 1 hour of payment, email pardu101@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will resend it.
